Redemption for the complimentary parking offer must be made during the same visit to Cyberport by presenting the corresponding Octopus cards or Credit cards at the Customer Service Counter at Main Entrance L1, The Arcade. (Opening hours : 10am – 11pm) or the Counter of Lift Lobby L1, The Annex. (Opening hours: 8am – 9pm) before leaving the car park. |

Free parking privilege can be redeemed once per entry of car park. |

Each set of valid receipts is applicable to one vehicle for a maximum of 3 hours free parking redemptions only. |

Some day valid and original machine-printed receipts must be presented, photocopied or handwritten receipts, counterfoils of credit cards and EPS payment receipts from Octopus value-add and ATM will not be accepted. |

Vehicles using Credit Card to enter car park should deport within 15 minutes after payment or redemption, whichever is earlier. |

Cyberport Facilities Management Officer reserves the right to terminate or change the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Cyberport Facilities Management Office shall be fined. |
