Our Vision:  GoGoVan strives to unify the fragmented cargo van logistic industry by matching customers and drivers instantly and directly using mobile application instead of phone calls and traditional radio stations.     Our Mission:  Our mission is to develop Hong Kong largest cargo vans fleet (Which we already accomplished prior to applying for CCMF) and to provide easy-to-use ordering system to reduce the transaction costs of the industry.    Positioning:  Currently, due to the fragmented market, customers often experienced a problem of calling multiple calling centers to reserve a van but FAILED to find any available van in a timely manner. With the help of smartphone, GoGoVan not only can solve this problem easily, but also unify the market that allows drivers to increase their income.     For drivers, we will be positioned as a revolutionary product that can help them to take order easily. This will be achieved without the needs to install radio receivers, antenna and paying monthly subscription fees to calling centers. Also, by the help of GPS, drivers can take orders efficiently, which would reduce waiting and idle time for drivers.    For customers, our positioning will be on speed and efficiency. By already having the largest cargo van fleet in Hong Kong, we will be positioned as one-stop solution to reserve a cargo van at anytime with speed and efficiency.
