Details:	[Speakers] Dr Hanna Wirman Visiting Assistant Professor, School of Design, Hong Kong Polytechnic University Topic: Potenial for change? Digital games as means to social innovation Language: English Dr Hanna Wirman teaches game design. She researches emerging player groups and serious games and leads educational game proejcts which working closely with the local community in Hong Kong. Currently, Hanna approaches non-human animals as player and builds games for organutans' enrichment and for cross-species communications. Mr Andy Chnug Co-founder, XNT Limited Topic: Engaging with a new ECO edutainment platform Language: Cantonese Andy is the co-founder of XNT Limited, an award winning game studio with special interests in Green, Cultural Heritage and Education. Capitalizing on his extensive knowledge and experience in the environmental industry, Andy aims to help our next generations face the challenges of climate change and learn to conserve the world's precious resources through gaming and education. [Moderator] Mr Frankie Tam Chairman, Hong Kong Digital Game-Based Learning Association Director, FifthWisdom Technology Limited Frankie was working for Activision and THQ in the US before moving back to HK in 2004. He has been advocating the use of digital games in the classroom. He has been collaborating with various schools and organizations to design and develop strategies for implementing digital game-based learning.
