Cyberport Start-Up Clinic provides different consultation sessions from time to time. The theme of June is on Finance and Funding and consultants are from PwC. You could ask the consultants anything including fundraising, partnership and majority of shares, employee stock option, management and company structure, M&A / IPO options, exit plan, finance, and etc… on 1-to-1 basis. Each Start-ups has about 30-45 minutes meeting with consultants.
