WOOM connects workspace users with space providers in core business districts

WOOM is a brand-new booking platform for meeting rooms, work desks, and business event facilities across Hong Kong, including at eight core business districts: Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, Admiralty, Sheung Wan, Mong Kok, Kwun Tong, and Tsuen Wan.

 

Just launched for a month, the WOOM app allows users to find their workspace based on their specific criteria, such as time of use, capacity, and amenities, pay for their booking, and receive instant confirmation.

 

WOOM’s solution is perfect for those working on the road who are looking for low cost, short term, private workspaces. It is also an ideal platform for space owners to list their spare spaces or meeting rooms to earn additional income.

 

As a Cyberport Creative Micro Fund (CCMF) grantee, WOOM is among the start-ups featured at the Cyberport Pavilion at the Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Spring Edition) and International ICT Expo 2019 recently. It also pitched its solution at the “Venture Hours” event of the Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund (AEF), where it obtained invaluable advice from the AEF team.

 

WOOM is now targeting trade show participants, insurance professionals, and other direct sales force agents to publicise its service. The company is also in discussion with other Asian partners to explore expansion. 

 

WOOM will soon launch a business and social events registration function to connect users to networking events, seminars, and workshops around town and, potentially, at other commercial hubs around the world.
