INDEX GAME, a Cyberport community company, offers customised, one-stop agency services to help brands capitalise on the metaverse's endless array of opportunities, and capture the first-mover advantage.
INDEX GAME’s services include buying and selling LANDs in The Sandbox, designing voxel-based assets, and developing Web3 and blockchain games. It also offers advertising solutions, social experiences, NFT products; and metaverse seminars, workshops, and courses to help newcomers gain knowledge. All of these are to connect more brands to the metaverse and grasp its vast potential.
The start-up already serves an impressive clientele, including Adrian Cheng, SCMP, Sun Hung Kai, and TamJai SamGor. It is the first Hong Kong-based metaverse agency officially appointed and invested by The Sandbox, which recently invested US$1.7 million in the company. That initial amount will increase to a total investment of US$6 million by 2023 to support INDEX GAME’s development in the metaverse, as well as NFTs, GameFi, Web 3.0, and play-to-earn content.
Originally an independent game studio, INDEX GAME developed the pioneering metaverse game, Kowloon Walled City, and many others. It is now a company with more than 40 employees.
