Since its inception in 2019, SleekFlow has been a forerunner in omnichannel social commerce. Over 5,000 SMEs and enterprises across 120 regions have been empowered by SleekFlow’s solutions to promote, sell, and support their customers through messaging chat, a service that has surged in popularity since ChatGPT’s debut.
Recently, the Cyberport community company introduced its services to the UAE. This outreach followed SleekFlow’s participation in the 2022 L’Occitane ME Accelerator Program, in which it was one of four RetailTech start-ups chosen, from a total of 180 applicants, to implement their solutions in the Middle East.
Aside from expanding its leading RetailTech to a new country, SleekFlow is looking into a collaboration with the L’Occitane brand to develop solutions in the beauty and luxury sectors. The start-up association with the Chalhoub Group, the region’s largest retailer and the programme host, also exposes SleekFlow to the enormous potential of the region’s rapidly growing luxury sales sector.
SleekFlow’s founder and CEO saw the UAE market as an ideal expansion point. The country’s consumers exhibit substantial buying behaviour with WhatsApp, the communication channel used daily by 80% of UAE consumers. As conversational technology continues to advance, this trend will undoubtedly drive similar growth across the globe. To capitalise on this, SleekFlow recently launched SleekFlow AI, a chatbot powered by context-aware AI, ChatGPT, and GPT-4. SleekFlow AI is able to refine and translate content, generate concise reports upon service completion, and automate talent training to boost business efficiency.
SleekFlow acknowledged that AI is rapidly being recognised as an indispensable part of modern business, and the technology will come to be the essential engine of industries throughout the UAE and around the world.
