Cyberport Professional Services Network (CPN)

CPN brings together over 50 full-service and specialised consultancy firms for maturing start-ups’ development needs. With affordable arrangements, start-ups can access expert business guidance from such professionals as IP lawyers, management consultants, accountants, auditors, and financial advisors. They can also attend one-on-one service clinics to strengthen business strategies and accelerate development.

Throughout the year, CPN organises events supporting start-ups to refine strategies, expand networks, and build essential skills. These range from crafting investment decks and honing pitching techniques to managing overseas expansion, offshore hiring, and navigating legal documents, and investor negotiations.

Cyberport Investors Network (CIN)

CIN is an exclusive network of more than 200 investment firms that share an appetite for high-quality tech ventures from the Cyberport community. In addition to enhancing start-ups’ fundraising and deal-making capabilities, CIN aims to facilitate knowledge sharing on trends and insights, as well as collaboration opportunities among investors. With investments totalling over HK$2.597 billion to date, CIN has expanded to include a Web3.0 Investors Circle (W3IC), dedicated to Web3.0 investors.

CIN’s membership includes angel investors, venture capital firms, family offices, private equity, and corporate venture capital firms from Hong Kong, Mainland China, Southeast Asia, the Asia-Pacific, the United States, and Europe.

The network regularly organises events for start-up fundraising, and connects start-ups with investors, including fundraising activities during the Cyberport Venture Capital Forum and Jumpstarter, and also investors meet-up, startup pitching, Investor Start-up matching events.

Together with the Cyberport Macros Fund, CIN facilitates investor matching and expands Hong Kong start-ups’ global impact. It also supports the HKSAR Government’s initiatives to strengthen cooperation with markets in the Greater Bay Area, ASEAN, the Middle East, and beyond.
