Live It China
launches new product to the market |
Live It China, a grantee of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong ICT Young
Entrepreneur Programme (SZ-HK ICT YEP) supported by CCMF and an
incubatee from Cyberport Incubation Programme, has officially launched
its service platform product for language learning on 25 April.
LiveitChina.com is an open and free social media platform for language
learners, in particular for people learning Chinese. It enables
them to connect with local language partners, to learn from each other
and offer support throughout the language learning process.
"Online education cannot be a replacement for real interaction between
learners and this is especially true when learning a language.
Nevertheless technology can help bring together complementary needs and
exchanging what you have against what you need," said Daniel Ropski, a
co-founder of the company.
"The launch of LiveitChina.com demonstrates the level of support offered
by Cyberport. It supports the development of an entire project
from seed to product stage and thereafter," explained Herman Lam, CEO of
Cyberport.
"The SZ-HK ICT YEP offers participants the opportunity to partner with
Shenzhen students. This really is an all-rounded cross border
experience. Every entrepreneur with a good idea tied to China
should consider applying to this programme," Mr. Lam added.
The SZ-HK ICT YEP is now calling for applications. The deadline is
June 13. Visit
