Assistant Manager - Engineeing Services (1-year contract) (Ref#AMES220702W)

Key responsibilities

  • Manager a group of projects related to Digital Transformation, Smart Living and Energy Saving

Key responsibities

  • Conduct market research and involve in projects involving latest fintech trends and applications. e.g. CBDC, DeFi, NFT, ESG, Green Finance, RegTech, etc.

  • Assist in youth cultivation and development, including planning, executing and monitoring programmes and events which aim to nurture youth talents in pursuit of digital tech careers or entrepreneurship
  • Assist to develop strategic partnerships with local and overseas academic institutions, especially in higher education, and other industry players to groom youth talents for the Cyberport community
  • Responsible to drive tech entrepreneurship among youth and engage them in Cyberport entrepreneurial programmes

Senior Manager – Office Leasing (Ref# SMOL220505W)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Leasing to lead the office leasing team to plan, implement and review the leasing strategy to cope with the vision and mission of HKCMCL;
  • Ensure leasing process, procedures, standard and guidelines are properly in placed, governed and comply with relevant ordinances and regulations and in line with HKCMCL's mission;
  • Solicit new office and smart space tenants and provide professional real estate management services with the support of Facilities Management Team to the tenants;

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years’ relevant working experience from a developer, owner or service provider

  • Implement and support signature events with respect to corporate and public mission strategies;
