Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC) launches the fourth “Top 10 .hk Website Competition”. The Competition is one of the HKIRC projects promoting development of the Internet community in Hong Kong. It aims at encouraging enterprises, institutions and organisations, etc., to make the best use of their websites and .hk /.香港 domain names to enhance communications and information exchange with their users. It is hoped that the use of the Internet by these parties will lead to the healthy development of the knowledge-based society in Hong Kong. The Competition will commend outstanding .hk / .香港 websites that can serve as role models and will be a valuable opportunity for the local community to share and learn from each other the best practices of website development. The 2012 “Top 10.hk Website Competition” Award Ceremony will be held at Cyberport on 18 Apr 2013.
