Permanent Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry Mr Eddie Mak is the Permanent Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Mr Mak joined the Administrative Service in 1991 and has served in various policy bureaux and departments, including the former Information Technology and Broadcasting Bureau, the Civil Service Bureau, the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, Washington and the Post Office.
